The Plenary Room is a premiere meeting space with advanced AV capabilities (Windows 11 computer, HDMI Input, 2 Video Projectors, Presentation Clicker) with ceiling microphones and cameras for hybrid meetings, including a variety of in-room microphones available for use. The Plenary Room is commonly reserved with the adjoining East Atrium, which can be used for registration and catering. If an event in the Plenary Room has catering, the East Atrium is to also be booked for catering tables setup. If catering is brought into the Plenary Room, there is a flat cleaning fee of $100 ($25 if only beverages and no food items).
